Cancellation Policy
We understand unforeseen circumstances arise and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In this event, please review the following cancellation policy.

For cancellations made 24 hours in advance - no charge

Cancellations within 12-24 hours prior to your appointment - 50% charge

Within 12 hours or same day cancellations - 100% charge

No shows - 100% charge
Note illness falls under the cancellation policy. There may be exceptions made in extreme circumstances.
Any cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Please try to give as much notice as possible for cancellations. Alternatively, if you would like to have a friend or family member come in your place, that is also accepted. Please reach out to let me know so I can re-assign the appointment.
Late Arrival
Plan to arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early. If you are running late to your appointment please contact me in a timely manner via call or text. Understand that late arrivals will shorten the time of your session, but the regular session price will still apply.
Payments
You will be asked to enter a card on file when booking. Your card will NOT be charged, it is only to hold the appointment time. Payments are due at the end of the session based on the listed rate. Accepted payment methods include cash or card. Gratuity is accepted and may be added at the time of payment through your credit card or cash.

By booking your appointment you authorize Grace Massage & Bodywork LLC to charge your card on file according to the cancellation policy. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation.
