Haley Parvin - LMT, C-MLD

Hi! I am the owner of Grace Massage, located in my home town of Monona, WI. My intention for every session is for you to feel a difference when you get off the table. I specialize in deep therapeutic work, with the goal of providing both physical relief and mental wellbeing. During the session, I use a blend of modalities to create a massage customized to your body’s needs, which we will discuss at the start of the appointment. Through the years, I have worked with a variety of clients including, athletes, people battling cancer, soon to be or new mothers, students, and busy professionals.

My education was completed at East-West Healing Arts Institute, where I trained in both Eastern and Western massage modalities. Additionally, I have received ongoing training in prenatal/postpartum massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), to complement my specialty in deep tissue work. My background also includes certification in Reiki Healing (2017) and education in Healing Touch Therapy. Though my work, I have personally seen and experienced the positive impact massage can have.

For many years, I have been passionate about helping others, and I am dedicated to creating a calming, grounding space where you feel prioritized. Whether you are coming in for discomfort/pain, self-care, or to simply de-stress, I am excited to work with you and share the amazing benefits of massage. ​

Outside of my work as an LMT, I am also a singer/songwriter and enjoy playing my instruments, spending time in nature, or with my cat Luna and family.
