Cancellation Policy

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In this event, please review the following cancellation policy.

 

  • For cancellations made 24 hours in advance: no charge

  • Cancellations within 12-24 hours prior to your appointment: 50% charge

  • Within 12 hours or same day cancellations: 100% charge

  • No shows: 100% charge

 

Note illness falls under the cancellation policy. 

There may be exceptions made in extreme circumstances. 

Any cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
